Special Board Meeting
September 18, 2018

The Board of Directors  has cancelled the  Special Board Meeting previously scheduled for  Wednesday, September 19th 2018 at 4:30.

The Board by unanimous email  consent approved the annual meeting date of October 25th and voted Byron Armel as the secretary for RavenWing HOA

 
Membership Meeting on Raising the Assessment Cap
September 12, 2018

The RavenWing HOA membership met on Tuesday, September 11th.  There were 170 homeowners represented by proxy or in person.  There were 138 proxies received and 32 homeowners represented in person.  The instructed proxies were tallied at the same time quorum was  established.   There were 98 “no” instructed proxies.  Based on the “no” instructed proxies submitted prior the the meeting  the proposed increase in the assessment cap did not pass.   Liz Hackney the Board President, announced there was a quorum and based on proxy vote and the number of homeowners present the  proposed increase failed.  The increase proposal needed  113 affirmative votes. Once it was clear that the increase would not pass and quorum was met there was no discussion on the proposal.

The final vote in person and by Proxy 110 “No” votes and 49 “yes” votes.   There were some people at the meeting that did not vote or turn in a ballot.

There will be no second meeting of the membership as quorum was met on the first meeting date.

 

 

 
RavenWing Annual Meeting
August 10, 2018

The RavenWing HOA Annual Meeting is scheduled for October 25th, 2018 at the Frederick County Safety Building.  Sign in for the meeting is 6:30 and the meeting begins at 7:00.  Five members of the Board will be elected at the meeting.

If you have time to to serve your community please consider volunteering for the Board.  To help the community get to know you please submit a candidate form .  This candidate form will be included in the annual meeting mailing and your name will appear on the ballot for consideration.  The candidate form is under the forms tab on the website and is also here for your convenience.  candidate form 2018

 
Membership Meeting to Raise the Yearly Assessment
August 10, 2018

A second mailing was sent to all homeowners for a membership meeting on September 11th at 6:30 for sign in and meeting at 7:00 to raise the assessment cap to $190.00 for fiscal 2019.  A proxy form is attached if you misplace your proxy .2019 budget Proxy Form – atty CLEAN COPY dates in use

 
Owner Access Portals
April 25, 2018

Coventry Group is now offering Owner Access portals (see the new link in the sidebar) to allow you to access your association account details. From the portal, you can view your current account balance, check your payment history, pay your assessments online, view pending violations or open work orders, communicate with your association manager and more.

If we have your email address on file, an email was sent to you with your confirmation code. If you need a confirmation code, please email our office manager. Include your name, community name, property address within the community and your email address. We need ALL of this information to verify each homeowner. Welcome New Board Members

The Board of Directors at the April meeting appointed Byron Armel, and Dona Bondurant to the Board of Directors.  The two new board members are welcome additions.   Welcome!

 
2018 Budget Approved
April 10, 2018

The 2018 was approved on November 28 2017.  There is no increase in the annual assessment of $150.00. The board met in a board meeting after the meeting to formally adopt the budget and continue to retain professional management for financial only
